About You

Some paediatric occupational therapy experience is preferred
Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist is required however, new graduates are welcome to apply.
About the Role
We are seeking an organised and compassionate Scheduler/Receptionist to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client intake processes, coordinating services, and ensuring smooth allocations of support for NDIS participants and providing reception support to our Therapy team.
Therabees is a Pediatric Allied Health Practice with locations at Joslin and Paralowie. We provide Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Psychology and Behaviour Therapy to a wide range of Paediatric clients and their families across the North and Northeast of Adelaide. Our team deliver therapy in our clinics, schools, hydrotherapy pools and in the community. We currently have a team of 22 and growing.

Key Responsibilities
In this role you will be coordinating NDIS services to ensure the best allocation of resources for different therapies that align with participant needs and assisting with all intake forms and processes.
You will also be an integral member of the admin team, booking and rebooking appointments, providing service information and answering queries while supporting our Clinical team to provide a high level of customer service with excellent clinical outcomes.
About You
You have strong interpersonal skills and are a bubbly person who enjoys making others feel good. You will use your excellent communication skills to build a relationship with our long-term clients and help new clients feel welcome in the Therabees community.Â
Key Responsibilities:
Manage initial client intake, assessments, and eligibility
Coordinate the allocation of services to appropriate providers
Maintain accurate records and manage client information
Liaise with clients, families, and support teams to ensure efficient service delivery. Be proficient in using all office equipment, computers, and patient management software and have exceptional organizational skills with an eye for detail.Â
Key Requirements:
Experience in disability services or related fields (NDIS knowledge preferred)
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities
Compassionate approach with a focus on client well-being
In addition, you will:
Be confident to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
Be familiar with health billing, Medicare and insurance procedures.
Have a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.Â
Have a passion for providing exceptional service and have an eye for detail.
Previous experience in an Allied Health or Medical practice would be an advantage but is not essential.

At Therabees (Paralowie and Joslin), we are expanding our clinical leadership team and are seeking a passionate Senior Psychologist (3â5 years post-registration experience). In this pivotal role, you will provide essential guidance, support, and mentorship to our provisional and newly registered psychologists, while managing a dedicated caseload.

About You
You are passionate about supporting children, adolescents and families as they navigate neurodevelopmental, emotional, behavioural and learning needs. You bring a thoughtful, strengths-based and family-centred approach to your work, and you genuinely enjoy collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve meaningful outcomes
In this role, you will work with a paediatric caseload that may include autism, ADHD, anxiety, emotional regulation, behavioural challenges, learning differences, school-related concerns, parent coaching and family support.
You will also have an interest in completing ADHD, autism and cognitive assessments, including working within a dual-assessment model alongside Speech Pathologists where appropriate.

Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Excellence: Deliver high-quality, neuroaffirming, evidence-based interventions for a varied caseload of children, adolescents, and adults (clinic-based across our sites, with occasional community work).
- Mentorship & Growth: Act as a supervisor (if qualified and board registered) and mentor to provisional psychologists and newly registered psychologists, helping them build clinical confidence and navigate their early careers.

What Youâll Bring to the Team
- Experience: 3â5 years of post-registration experience as a Psychologist, with a strong background in paediatric, adolescent, or neuroaffirming and NDIS frameworks.
- Registration: General Registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA (AHPRA board-approved supervisor status is highly regarded, or a willingness to work towards it).
- Compliance & Checks: A current NDIS Worker Screening Check / Working with Children Check (WWCC), Police Check, and a current driverâs licence.
- Leading a team: A genuine passion for mentoring, training, and supporting early-career clinicians and provisional psychologists.
- Eligibility to register for a Medicare provider number
- Demonstrated skills and experience in the provision of evidence-based therapy in a paediatric setting
- Minimum of 1-2 years of paediatric therapy experience is desirable
- Experience working with children with autism and/or ADHD
- Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect (RRHAN-EC) Training or willingness to obtain.
