Participant Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for Allied Health Services

This cancellation policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling appointments with Therabees in accordance with the 2024 NDIS Price Guide. Participants are encouraged to contact us as soon as possible if they are unable to attend their appointment.

1. Cancellation Notice Period

  • Participants are required to provide at least 2 business days’ notice (48 hours) for the cancellation of an Allied Health appointment.
  • Business days are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

2. Short Notice Cancellations

  • If a participant cancels or reschedules an appointment with less than 2 business days’ notice, the following conditions will apply:
    • The participant will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.

3. Non-Attendance (No-Show)

  • If a participant fails to attend a scheduled appointment without providing any notice, the following conditions will apply:

    • The participant will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.

  • Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in a review of the participant’s service agreement and could impact future scheduling.

7. Review and Updates

  • This cancellation policy will be reviewed annually and may be updated in accordance with changes to the NDIS Price Guide or organizational policies.
