Wenru
New Grad Speech Pathologist
Wenru joined Therabees as a Speech Pathologist in 2025, where she works closely with families and their children to provide therapy to achieve their communication goals. Wenru completed her Honours degree in Speech Pathology in 2024 and has experience in speech, literacy, and language therapy. Wenru is passionate about providing neuro-affirming care, focusing on a child-centred, play-based approach that promotes autonomy.
Wenru has also worked interdisciplinary teams, running SPOT groups in schools and has an interest in AAC. She has completed the Liberator Access training in 2023 to better understand how to support clients in using AAC devices and tools to meet their communication needs.
Outside of work, Wenru enjoys cooking, painting, and spending time with family and friends.
