About Kim

Kim is the Psychology Clinical Lead and Neuropsychologist at Therabees.

She is a passionate leader and always works hard to get the best out of her team.
She does this by identifying her team’s purpose and goals and integrating that into everything she does as a leader.

Kim is a Psychology Board of Australia approved supervisor and has experience
supervising provisional psychologists, new graduates, experienced clinicians, and other
allied health disciplines.

As a clinician she takes a client centred approach, and works from biopsychosocial and developmental frameworks. Her practice is grounded in evidence-based approaches, and she values ongoing peer supervision and professional development. Kim has experience working in the private, health, school and pre-school contexts, working with children with Developmental difficulties, including children who are Autistic, have ADHD, learning disorders, Intellectual Disability, speech and language disorders and trauma backgrounds. Kim has also worked complex cases with children who present with comorbid medical needs including epilepsy, stroke, FASD, encephalopathy and other neurological disorders.

Outside of work Kim likes to spend time with her young family and plays competitive Volleyball.
